  It was ok at first everyone was being nice but you could see it was fake and they really didn't care. I got ticked when they didn't tell me they charge you for every little thing! I normally go to urgent care by value city in Parkersburg but it was packed there so that why I went here. Now I understand why because they got ripped off at med express. And oh it gets better! The doctor wrote up a prescription for OVER THE COUNTER medicine for Allegra haha. And he wrote me up for an antibiotic that's very similar to amoxicillin. I told them to just write me up for that instead of antibiotic I've never taken. It cost me $33 for that antibiotic when amoxicillin only costs me $8.00!! Med Express is such a joke! What idiots!

  I'm not sure where all the negative posts come from. I had an incredible experience. Front staff, nurses, and doctor (Asher) we're all kind and helpful. My visit was super fast and efficient. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

  Worse place ever been (Vienna) gave me med I'm already on been on for 12 yrs in there system don't know what there doing would not recommend to any one if you go to med express go to the one near walmart in Southside

  Takes way to long to check in. Went there was the only one there and took two hours. I complained and the nurse argued with me. It's terrible if your in a hurry.
